Two weeks into the program I'm feeling really invigorated. Fitter than I used to feel. More energetic. It helps that I liked and could do the second week of exercises well. They were hard yet doable. We worked with weights and stairs and I like both of those. My core and abs are my strength and pushups and running are my weakness. Things I need to work on.
My stats:
Weight: 60.3kg.
Arms: 30cm
Chest: 92.5cm
Waist: 79cm
Belly: 85cm
Hips: 100cm
Thighs: 58cm
I'm still dealing with the food well and haven't really been that hungry. I have been peckish at night time though. I force myself to have a cup of tea or drink water to take my mind off eating and to see if I get full after drinking. There's nothing worse than that feeling you get after you pigged out late at night when you weren't really hungry. That really full sickly feeling along with the guilt.
I did eat a really naughty cookie when my girlfriends came over for a cuppa. I also exercised twice a day a couple of days during the week so I figure I earned the cookie and worked it off at the same time.
